Welcome to One To One Good Vibes, a spacious beach retreat designed for comfort, connection, and fun. This large, turquoise beach house is raised on stilts and offers a bright, open-concept interior with a modern coastal theme. Inside, you'll find: - Living Room: Large with a 65” ROKU 4K TV, perfect for movie nights. - Kitchen: Fully furnished with teal cabinetry, a full-size coffee pot, Keurig, Ninja blender, 6-piece toaster, and an enormous pantry. - Dining Areas: Multiple options for enjoying meals. Bedrooms: ~ Bedroom 1: King Bed with a private en-suite bathroom (separate shower and bathtub) ~ Bedroom 2: King Bed ~ Bedroom 3: Full Over Full Bunk Bed with a Twin Trundle ~ Bedroom 4: Two Twin Beds with a Twin Trundle Bathrooms: A second full bathroom with a shower and bathtub is also available. Amenities: Central A/C, ceiling fans, high-speed WiFi, and a full-size washer/dryer. Outside, the expansive, covered ground-floor area is an entertainment hub: ~Relaxation: Inviting hot tub under twinkling patio lights, hammocks. ~Games: Basketball hoop, pickleball net, cornhole set. ~Grilling: Traeger and charcoal grills available for outdoor feasts. We provide all linens, including beach towels, and a starter supply of essentials like toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Pack light & live large in our vacation house!

* The primary guest booking this house MUST be 25 years old or older & we reserve the right to request ID for confirmation. *Dogs are WELCOME! We love our fur babies but please try to keep clean paws only in the house and keep dogs off furniture and beds. And, we get it...accidents happen. But if they do, please be considerate and clean up any spots asap. *Parking notes: There is limited off-street parking in the driveway + concrete pad for up to four cars in front of this home. No parking allowed underneath the home. * Please note this home requires stairs to access it and may not be suitable for all guests. *We are excited to share this home with you - but we ask that you take care of our place like you would want others to take care of yours. We care about our property and our neighbors... NO PARTIES - If you are looking for a party house, this is NOT the right rental for you! *NO smoking (of any kind) is allowed indoors. Please bag all trash and place in provided cans near the street. You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your guests during your stay. Please note that there are Ring surveillance cameras at front & back entrances. *We've gotcha covered on the essentials for your stay, but we recommend that you bring umbrellas and/or chairs for the beach, insect repellent & Traeger grill pellets (if you desire)! *Obviously you are coming to enjoy one of Texas' favorite beach destinations but here are a few more things fun things to do in and nearby Crystal Beach including the music and events at the Camp Margaritaville RV Resort and Stingaree Restaurant and Marina!
